This company is the real thing. Care with a capital C. Great to know such people exist. What a difference they make!

This is a care provider who, as a whole group are now like kin and members of the client's own family. Mum, who is in palliative care and also has vascular dementia, is unswervingly provided with respect and loving care. The agency's two competent and loving carers are each like a carer, nurse, companion, daughter, sister, mother and friend, all rolled into one! If this is what care services are about then no one could wish for more professionalism, attention, high-quality service and compassion than what is provided. No chore is left undone in the home making life easier for us from cleaning to the required care suitable for our mum's needs. The group gained the trust of the whole family in the shortest time possible. The care provided is meticulously monitored, co-ordinated and supervised by the director most efficiently. Challenges are resolved on the spot. Family are kept informed, made to feel really happy and content with every aspect of mum's care and safety both night and day.

After being the sole carer of my Mum who has mixed dementia for over two years, I decided it was time to get some help. The manager visited and everything fell immediately into place. The carers are all amazing and mum enjoys their company. My life has become so much easier due to their professional and caring service. I'm so pleased I found them and will be continuing to use their services for the foreseeable future.

It is such a relief to find a care provider who is sincerely motivated to provide a high quality service and that those in charge take such a personal interest in my mum. At the end of April 2019 we faced a rather complicated care problem -- mother with dementia, and father (formally mum's carer) post-stroke and very dependent. Blue River took care of the whole thing: visiting my mother at home and my father in hospital prior to his discharge, which they coordinated with the hospital. They transformed a seemingly impossible situation into something quite manageable. Care quality has been excellent and the carers have been proactive in suggesting practical steps to improve our parents' quality of life. Communication has been very reliable, with thoughtful responses. And I would rate value for money very highly -- other care agencies that we approached seemed rather too enthusiastic about spending our family's money; Blue River took a much more realistic approach. Overall we consider that we were very lucky to have found Blue River.
