    Mum moved into the care home in December 2017 shortly after the home opened. It was just in time for Christmas celebrations and a great place to be. Mum always like a cooked breakfast and she really enjoyed her egg and bacon every morning. Her room was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable fully adjustable bed. The en-suite was big enough to take a wheelchair and had a seat under the shower. Sadly mum passed away in March following a stroke 3 weeks earlier. The home we found through Hertfordshire Online was a wonderful place for mum while she was cared for and loved by all the staff. I have no hesitation in recommending this home.

    My relative has been a resident few months. The care she receives is of extremely high standards from all the friendly helpful staff. Being a senior nurse, I have very high standards and had visited a number of residential establishments that had come with high reviews but I found faults in all of them. However, this was not the case with this care home she saw on Hertfordshire Online. I got a really good feeling from all the staff, so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. My relative has settled in brilliantly and is also very happy with the care she receives. She was able to bring any furniture she wanted etc into her room and she can decorate it as she likes. There is even an extremely helpful handyman who will hang pictures/shelves etc. I live quite a distance away and am confident that my relative is in the best place. Which gives me great peace of mind.
