    Lovely relaxing place to stay. Attention to detail is wonderful as we first saw on Hertfordshire Online website. Plenty of different areas to sit and relax. Outdoor areas are very inviting and interesting. Staff very helpful, polite, friendly etc. Furnishings like a 5-star hotel. Would recommend to friends and family. Food is excellent. Now she has been there a while she is looking much more settled. The food is excellent, her room (and Bathroom) are very homely, but most of all the staff are wonderful. Thank you.     A wonderful home. Staff are caring, enthusiastic, cheerful and really develop strong relationships with the residents. The entertainments team do a fab job of keeping the residents engaged and entertained and a wide range of outside people come in to provide this too. The home feels like a "home", and the staff turn over has been very low the time I have been visiting, which says a lot about the home and it's management. Couldn't recommend more highly!
