Vibro Plate

Megatan offer the newest vibro plate technology. The first 10 minutes are free. Vibro plates are machines that gives the body's muscles a high-speed workout by using vibrations to stimulate them to contract and relax. Vibro plates contract once or twice a second and by standing on the vibro plate its vibrations cause an automatic reflex muscle contraction.
